Goddess Dolls and Astrid

I've been working on more Goddess shaped wall dolls for Vestival since I was on here last and of course more little voodoo dolls :) I have 3 wall dolls finished and currently working on the 4th and 5th. Those were my goals for the show. Still have the last 4 chime dolls to do. Once finished I can get back to the bust and large doll head I had started. Oh and also pulled Astrid off the shelf and finished painting her hairline (will never make hair like that again!!!) and added a clay corset around her. Maybe she'll finally be finished in time for Vestival, too....

Good news on my car! It was a cracked head so no having to get a loan to replace the entire engine... woohoo! Still costly but that's okay. I'm happy and should be getting it back sometime this week. Then it's on to getting our air conditioning fixed. It went out last Fall but we still have heat so maybe it's nothing to worry too much about. We were just waiting to see how much we had to spend on the car before doing this. Though we've needed some cool air for the past month! Been making do with open windows and our box fan. Things are moving in a good direction though so we're just going with the flow :D

Oh and our little paranormal investigation is definately on for this Saturday night. Yayyy! I've gotta make sure we're stocked on batteries for the voice recorder, mel meter, digital camera and a fully charged battery for the night vision camera.
So stoked!!!
